What’s for BREAKFAST Wednesday!

Sometimes mornings require quick…easy…simple breakfasts.

This past weekend needed easy food that the kids liked.  Everyone in our house has been sick in some shape or form…and I am tired.

Nothing beats hot, buttery blueberry muffins on a cold Saturday morning.

Since I had not been to the store…and all I had were packaged muffin mixes…Sweet P and I got our new kitchen tool I got at a Christmas party.

Have you seen the mini muffin makers at Bed, Bath, & Beyond?  The one who claims to bake perfect mini muffins in 7 minutes?

We put ours to the test…and let me just say, it worked!

And the muffins were delicious!

And they really cooked in 7 minutes!  Holla!!

Sweet P loved the muffin maker so much, she has claimed it as her own.

I love her.
