What’s for Dinner Wednesday :: Turkey Salad

My all time favorite comfort food is chicken salad.  On crackers.

And not the thick, mayo type of chicken salad…light with walnuts, cranberries, and honey mustard.

After Thanksgiving, I couldn’t wait to make chicken salad with turkey.

My mom whipped this up while she was here…and it is so good and of course, I had to share.

Turkey or Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped turkey or chicken

1/2 cup sour cream (use as much or as little as you like)

3T Honey Mustard

1/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 c Craisins

1/4 c diced apples

Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all together and eat it up. Yum.

Awesome on croissants but I love using crackers.

And Blue Diamond Nut Thins are my new favorite.  Wheat Free.  Gluten Free.  And so good!

    Okay, seriously, I could eat chicken salads everyday! There are sooo many different recipes for it… this one looks sooo goood!
